We have FIVE layers of depth for quotes and orders. That means you can have sections, items, sub-items and accessories. All of that is Ajax driven which means there is no page refresh. It is very fast. This is part of what separates us from anyone else. | 
CLIENT CRM
Everything about a client is tracked. From what they've bid, what they've ordered, it knows. Projects can track everyone that bid the job. Padding is also available if everybody doesn't get the same price. The tools are there to procure the project. |  
INVOICING AND CASH RECEIPTS
Invoicing has all of the same options as orders and is very flexible as to how you want it generated. The five layers make it very easy to display what you want or don't. All payments, accounts payable and receivable are also included.

DOCUMENT REPOSITORYThis feature is critical. Documents from all sections of the software can be uploaded in bulk or individually and are all synced where appropriate. All quotes, orders, statements, etc. are kept in pdf format for quick use. The drag and drop from Outlook or other mail client is a wonderful thing.
